Ticket Changes & Refunds - Springtime on the Farm

While you’ll select a date at checkout, your ticket is valid for any day we’re open during Springtime on the Farm—so come when it works best for you!


Tickets are non-refundable.


OPTIONAL: If you wish to change your ticket date to match your visit date:

  1. view your order confirmation email (look for a subject line like Thank You for Your Order #123456;
  2. click the View Your Tickets button;
  3. find this section and click Change Tickets button;

  4. change your tickets by editing them to the new date.

Tickets can be transferred to a new date anytime up until one hour before closing time of the purchased ticket's date.
